Short Biography

Amna is a seasoned Director of Operations with a strong technical background and extensive experience in both project management and systems administration. Holding a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Control Systems from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) in Pakistan, Amna brings a deep understanding of complex engineering principles.

Throughout her career, Amna has successfully managed end-to-end development for multiple projects, particularly in the domain of software-defined radios (SDR), ensuring seamless execution from concept to deployment. In addition to her technical expertise, she has also excelled as a Salesforce and Site Tracker Administrator for leading American companies, including Motive, streamlining operations and enhancing team productivity.

Her diverse experience spans both technical and operational roles, making her a well-rounded leader capable of driving innovation, optimizing workflows, and leading high-performing teams. Additionally, Amna has contributed to the academic and professional community through her research, publishing the paper titled “Bond graph modeling of an anthropomorphic prosthetic hand” in IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers), which is a global professional and technical organization dedicated to advancing technology for humanity.
