Refund & Cancellation Policy

At NOBNOX, we strive to deliver high-quality IT solutions, including SaaS models, custom websites, and AI automations. Because our services involve significant labor, technical configuration, and custom resource allocation, we maintain a strict refund policy as outlined below.
1. Scope of Policy
This policy applies to all digital services and products offered by NOBNOX, including but not limited to:
- SaaS Subscriptions and Licenses
- Custom Web Development
- AI Automation Systems
- Software Development & Integration
- IT Consulting & Technical Support
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are only considered in the event of a Major Service Failure caused by NOBNOX. A major failure is defined as:
- The final deliverable fails to meet the core technical specifications and requirements explicitly agreed upon in the project scope.
- The service or product is technically non-functional due to errors on our end that cannot be rectified within a reasonable timeframe.
Important Note: Refunds are not provided for subjective reasons, such as “change of mind,” “personal preference,” or “disliking the aesthetic” after approval stages have passed. A refund is only applicable if the functional requirements of the project were not met.
3. Refund Process & Timeline
If you believe your project meets the criteria for a refund:
- Request Submission: You must submit a formal refund request via our official support email support@nobnox.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Review Period: Our technical team will review the claim to verify the service failure.
- Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of the approval date.
- Method: Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used during the transaction.
4. Cancellations
For ongoing SaaS models or monthly support services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. However, payments already processed for the current billing cycle are non-refundable unless a major service failure has occurred as defined in Section 2.
5. Third-Party Costs
Any fees associated with third-party integrations, hosting providers, or hardware procurement are non-refundable, as these costs are paid directly to external vendors and are outside of NOBNOX’s control.
