This policy explains what personal data NOBNOX (“we”, “us”) collects when you use nobnox.com, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it. It also explains the cookies this website sets.

1. Who we are

NOBNOX provides IT services including web development, custom software, cybersecurity, automation and IT procurement. For any privacy question, or to exercise any of the rights below, contact us at info@nobnox.com.

2. What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address and the content of your message. If you book a call, our scheduling provider collects the details you enter.
Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These are used for security and to keep the service running.
Cookie data. Only as described in section 6, and only with your consent where consent is required.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis

To respond to your enquiry — because you asked us to, and because we have a legitimate interest in answering people who contact us.
To provide services you have engaged us for — to perform our contract with you.
To keep the site secure and working — our legitimate interest in operating a safe service.
Optional cookies and embedded content — your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers who help us run the site and our business, and only as far as they need it:

Hosting and infrastructure providers, who store the site and its database.
Calendly, if you choose to book a call, which processes the booking details you submit under its own privacy policy.
Email providers, used to deliver and reply to your messages.

We may also disclose data where we are legally required to do so.

5. How long we keep it

Contact form submissions are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to maintain a record of our correspondence, after which they are deleted. Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes. If you would like your data deleted sooner, contact us and we will do so unless we are legally required to keep it.

6. Cookies

A cookie is a small file stored on your device. This site uses two categories:

Essential cookies. Required for the site to function — for example the cookie that remembers your choice on the cookie banner itself. These cannot be switched off, and are set without consent because the site cannot operate without them.
Optional cookies. Set by embedded third-party content, such as our Calendly booking calendar. These are not loaded until you accept them. If you reject them, we show a link to open the calendar in a new tab instead.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect how the site works.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

Ask what personal data we hold about you, and receive a copy.
Ask us to correct data that is wrong or incomplete.
Ask us to delete your data.
Object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it.
Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent.
Complain to your local data protection authority.

8. International transfers

We operate from Pakistan and the United States, and some of our service providers are based elsewhere. Where personal data is transferred between countries, we take steps to ensure it remains protected to the standard described in this policy.

9. Security

We employ industry-standard measures to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond quickly if a problem arises.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page, and where the change affects cookies you will be asked for your consent again.
