Ameer directs operations at NOBNOX, owning how work moves through the business from the point a project is agreed to the point it is delivered. He coordinates across teams so that engagements stay on schedule and nothing falls between roles.
Day to day that means resource planning, scheduling and tracking progress against commitments, along with the reporting that tells us where a project actually stands rather than where it was meant to be.
He also owns the operational processes themselves — refining how the team works, handling supplier and vendor coordination, and keeping service delivery consistent as the business grows.
