Haseeb heads up development at NOBNOX, owning how our software gets designed, built and delivered. He sets the technical direction on client engagements and on our own product lineup, from the EPOS and warehouse systems through to the campus and university platforms.
Day to day that means shaping architecture before a line of code is written, reviewing what the team ships, and keeping delivery predictable — clear scopes, realistic timelines, and releases that hold up in production.
He also owns the engineering standards the team works to: code review, testing, security practice and performance budgets, so that quality is built into the process rather than inspected in at the end.
